Donald M. HinkleDonald M. Hinkle is a civil trial lawyer board certified by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a past president of the Tallahassee Bar Association. He is AV rated by the Martindale-Hubble Law Directory, which is the highest rating possible. He is profiled by Law & Leading Attorneys, a listing of lawyers selected by their peers as someone to whom they would refer a close friend or relative. An honors graduate from Florida State University College of Law, he was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1980 and has worked in private practice handling civil litigation.

He is an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, The Tallahassee Bar Association and The Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Hinkle was President of the Tallahassee Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Roundtable of Tallahassee Trial Lawyers. He has lectured at numerous continuing legal education programs in the areas of trial practice, automobile accident cases, premises liability and medical malpractice. He has obtained verdicts of more than a million dollars in personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, automobile crash, premises liability and civil rights cases.
